Partnership With Five Talents
In the summer of 2025, Five Talents formed a new partnership with the Zambia Anglican Council Outreach Programme (ZACOP) to work across all of the five Anglican dioceses in the country: Central Zambia, Eastern Zambia, Luapula, Lusaka and Northern Zambia. In extending the invitation to partner in Zambia, The Most Rev. Dr. Albert Chama, Archbishop of the Church of the Province of Central Africa and Presiding Bishop of Zambia Anglican Council, said:
"We recognise that poverty, inequality, and lack of access to basic services are significant challenges that hinder the development of our people. We seek to contribute to improving livelihoods by enhancing the economic well-being of vulnerable households using the model that you are using at Five Talents.
Our partnership will promote economic empowerment by equipping participants with basic business skills and entrepreneurship knowledge, and enhancing their economic prospects.

Meet Royter J.M Choongo - National Gender Coordinator, Zambia.
I am a seasoned social development professional with over 19 years of experience specialising in gender issues, with a focus on promoting women’s and children’s rights, adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health, and community empowerment through savings initiatives.
I am passionate about working in this program because it fosters transformative change, empowering marginalised communities, particularly women and girls, and guiding them to shape their development narratives holistically. I am inspired by witnessing lives improve as individuals live free from poverty and gender-based violence, and as they prioritise their well-being and relationships.
What excites me most about my work is its life-saving impact and its role in promoting a shared understanding of environmental, mental health, spiritual and social issues. I am motivated by the opportunity to bring people together to respond collectively to challenges, amplify the voices of the marginalised, and advocate for justice guided by a spirit of humanity and reverence for God.
